The dream of Federico Graziani, Italian best Sommelier in 1998 and former sommelier of great Chefs such as Gualtiero Marchesi, Carlo Cracco e Aimo Moroni, was to produce wines on the unique and promising Etna territory.
This brought to light very few bottles of “Profumo di Vulcano” a wine from a century old vineyard located at the Etna slopes, 1/2 hectar in the Passopisciaro district.
Follows the cooperation with Feudi di San Gregorio with the wish to continue investing in that territory to create a flagship winery in the Etna scenery. Acquiring two more hectares of vineyard Federico Graziani’s line gains a new wine, the Etna Rosso. Technique and tradition blend with the oenological experience and with the knowledge of Salvo Foti and his Vigneri in two wines that live and express an extraordinary territory.
