Cefalicchio is a biodynamic winery (with Demeter certification) located in the hills of Canosa di Puglia (province of Barletta/Andria/Trani) populated by vineyards, pines and olive trees. The conversion to the biodynamic method started back in 1992 and since then the objective was to create a productive structure perfectly integrated with the surrounding ecosystem. The original nucleus of the property was a historic villa of the XVI century, completed over time by other external structures. The valorisation of native varietals – in prim is Nero di Troia – was the mission of the winery since its foundation.
