3 large peaches

1 1/2 cups vodka
1 1/8 cups basil leaves
6 cups Cliffton Dry


3/4 ounce Suze
1 1/4 ounce St-Germain Elderflower Liqueur
4 ounces chilled Cava
Lemon twist, for garnish


2 oz WhistlePig Rye Whiskey
4 Lemon Wedges
4-5 Mint Leaves
3/4 oz Simple Syrup
1 Dash Each: Aromatic and Orange Bitters


2 medium strawberries
1 mint leaf, plus an extra sprig for garnish

1/2 ounce blood orange liqueur, such as Solerno Liqueur
